Я никогда раньше не любила кофе. Заваривала себе чашку только в случаях, когда необходимо было бодрствовать ночами. И тем не менее мне это никогда не помогало - ни тогда, ни сейчас.
Даже работа бариста в Starbucks не смогла пробудить во мне этот интерес. Во всяком случае не сразу. Так бы и не сложилось у нас с кофе, если бы не один дружеский совет. «Попробуй найти в этой работе то, что тебе, действительно, нравится. Например, зерновой кофе, ведь это сердце компании». Ниша и, правда, была не занята. Никто не хотел заниматься зёрнами и проводить кофе-семинары. Самое коронное место было в баре, где можно было готовить напитки и болтать с гостями. А мне это пришлось настолько по душе, что мои кофейные исследования и путешествия не заканчиваются до сих пор 😊
Путь от бариста до Руководителя Учебного Центра Espresso Italiano занял у меня 3 года.
К чему это я? Да, все к тому же. Делайте то, что любите и верьте в себя 😉
P. S. Приглашение на собеседование на должность Руководителя учебного центра мне прислал директор компании в Facebook. Прямого релевантного опыта работы у меня тогда не было. Но победили предложенные мной идеи и мое горячее желание воплотить их в жизнь.

I've never liked coffee. I brewed myself a cup only when it was necessary to stay awake at night. And yet it never helped me - neither then, nor now.
Even working as a barista at Starbucks failed to spark this interest in me. In any case, not immediately. It’s the heart of the company. " And this niche was not occupied. Nobody wanted to sell the beans and manage coffee workshops. The favorite place in the coffee shop among all the barista was the bar, where the drinks been prepared and all the chats with guests took place. But I liked it so much that my coffee research and travels do not end until now 😊
The journey from barista to Head of the Espresso Italiano Training Center took me 3 years.
Why am I telling you all this? For quite an obvious reason. Do what you love and believe in yourself 😉 This way you achieve results you never thought you would.
P. S. An invitation to an interview for the position of Head of the Training Center was sent to me by the director of the company himself. On Facebook. I had no direct relevant work experience back then. But the ideas I proposed and my ardent desire to bring them to life won out anyway.
